At FARAJA SETTLERS LIMITED, I coordinate project activity and property administration, tracking plot sales, bookings, customer updates, and transaction documentation. I also coordinate title-transfer processes and prepare sale agreements.

Across the Kithimani and Sofia projects in Machakos County, I personally sold 12 of the combined 33 plots, with the majority of my sales completed through cash payment arrangements. I support customer acquisition through property information, engagement, and sales follow-up.

I run and support Meta advertising campaigns and create promotional content for property marketing. My work includes recording and editing videos and designing posters and graphics.

I also managed social media activities from 2021 to 2025. During a temporary period of assigned finance responsibilities, I handled petty cash and supported statutory payment administration.
