What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR operations role where I can support employees and internal teams, maintain accurate processes and records, and continue building my skills in Power BI and new tools.

I'm currently supporting HR operations at Deloitte in Hyderabad, managing daily HR work, internal requests, records, and documentation with accuracy and consistency.

Previously at Cognizant, I supported internal stakeholders with information requests, maintained HR records, and contributed to requirement gathering, testing, implementation support, and process continuity.

I bring 5.5 years of experience in employee support, data handling, issue resolution, and team coordination. I'm also learning Power BI through regular sessions and enjoy learning new tools and methods.
