At Y-Not Design and Manufacturing, I build data-driven fulfillment and procurement systems for a high-growth e-commerce brand. I created a Python and SQL freight-forwarder scoring model, Shopify post-order workflows, and ERP modules for RFQs, purchase orders, and vendor quotes.

I use Shopify OMS and Odoo ERP to improve order visibility, data integrity, and cross-functional execution across sourcing, QA, and logistics. My AI-assisted RCA templates reduced weekly operational review preparation from about three hours to under 45 minutes.

I've also led an offline-to-e-commerce transformation project, building a React storefront, demand forecasting models, and the operating framework from acquisition through last-mile fulfillment. I presented my UCOS supply chain logistics framework at IIM Bangalore and have contributed to peer-reviewed IEEE publications.
