At Zomato Hyperpure, I analyse warehouse performance, isolate root causes behind loss and process failures, and drive corrective actions with process owners. My work on perishables loss reduced egg damages by 50%, while route consolidation analysis supported estimated savings of INR 4L+ per month.

I built a self-serve warehouse loss dashboard that combines backend loss, NR/DN, shortfall, and inventory-adjustment data with SKU-level drill-downs. I also use movement analysis to improve stock rotation and reduce inventory held back at site.

Through ShopKairos.Store, I scaled a student merchandise business from campus deliveries to pan-India Shopify fulfilment, owning supplier coordination, forecasting, inventory, and last-mile delivery. I fulfilled 200+ orders and redesigned print and dispatch operations to cut costs by approximately 32%.

I've also built real-time KPI and workflow systems at DeepFleet and NITK Racing Electric, using Python, Flask, SQL, ESP32, and automation to improve decision-making and operational visibility. Leading a 60+ member Formula Student team strengthened my supplier negotiation, cross-functional coordination, and cost-optimisation skills.
