I’m a Shipping Operations Team Leader with proven experience managing a six-vessel oil/chemical tanker fleet (MR & J19) trading worldwide and across the Asia-Pacific under time charter contracts. I drive daily foreign fleet operations by coordinating port calls, bunker planning, and vessel scheduling while ensuring alignment with operational requirements and charter party terms.

Since joining PVTRANS-SPT (PVTRANS-SPT), I’ve supported husbandry-related activities including crew changes, CTM, and spares coordination, working closely with agents and service providers. I monitor vessel performance, bunker consumption, and operational efficiency to support commercial objectives, and I provide operational guidance to ship operators—resolving complex issues such as port congestion, performance queries, and charterer instructions.

My results are consistently measurable: I maintained zero off-hire due to technical delays and consistently exceeded TCE targets, supporting uninterrupted vessel performance with over 100% annual achievement. I also prepared and analyzed TCE reports to reconcile voyage revenue and expenses, and I managed charter hire invoicing (exceeding USD 500,000 per month per vessel) to ensure accurate billing and efficient receivables follow-up; I was recognized with a Certificate of Merit from PVTrans General Director (2024 & 2025) for outstanding operational performance.
