I’m looking for a travel/hospitality operations role where I can lead teams, coordinate projects, and build reliable operational workflows—balancing service quality, customer care, and execution excellence in a fast-paced environment.

I’m an Operations Supervisor with experience in travel and hospitality operations, specializing in project coordination, operational planning, and team supervision. I’ve managed day-to-day tour operations, supplier coordination, scheduling, and service quality control in fast-paced environments across Viet Nam.

I’ve led end-to-end development and launch of a new e-scooter tour project in Hoi An, building operational workflows, pricing structures, guide expense systems, and customer experience concepts. In addition, I managed US–UK market operations during peak season, supported smooth tour execution under high operational volume, and earned Top 1 Customer Service Performance for 3 consecutive months while coordinating customer care, administrative support, and vendor operations.
