At CST Industries Vietnam, I managed a USD 3 million APAC portfolio of 15 industrial projects for a US manufacturer of industrial storage systems. I owned delivery from order confirmation through production, shipment and final delivery, serving as the customer’s single point of accountability.

I coordinated Vietnam operations with manufacturing plants in the US, Germany and Austria, aligning production, quality control, finance, shipping and customer delivery across time zones. I tracked order and shipment status in Dynamics 365 and reported portfolio progress and exceptions to regional management.

Previously at Leong Lee Group, I delivered thermal power, renewable energy, marine logistics and industrial programmes, including a USD 3.5 million coal transshipment project and the Ca Mau 1A/1B wind farm project. I managed USD 0.5 million in operating budget and more than 70 site personnel, while negotiating supplier and EPC contracts.

I’ve helped sustain 10,000 tons per day at a thermal power plant and reduce demurrage exposure by 0.5–1 day per vessel. I’m continuing my Master of Supply Chain Management while building on hands-on experience in cross-border project, operations and supply chain delivery.
