At Bank of America, I build and maintain Playwright and TypeScript automated tests across internal web applications, and develop AI-agent workflows to generate test scenarios and streamline framework maintenance. I also established QA automation processes for several projects, improving QA reporting accuracy and release readiness.

Previously, I led automation work at FANATICS, OMRON HEALTHCARE, ALLY FINANCIAL, and EXNESS FINTECH. At OMRON HEALTHCARE, I led 21 QA engineers and scaled regression automation to about 2,000 scenarios; at ALLY FINANCIAL, I improved regression stability and shortened the regression cycle.
