What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise QA automation, AI/LLM validation, performance engineering, and cloud-quality initiatives where I can build scalable frameworks and coordinate teams.

At Verisk Analytics, I lead automation initiatives across Selenium, Playwright, Rest Assured, Python, Java, and C#. I build integrated API and UI workflows that validate end-to-end business processes.

I've developed AI-powered QA capabilities, including an LLM-driven synthetic test-data platform and an AI output quality framework using prompt validation, response evaluation, and LLM-as-a-Judge techniques. I also connect Jira, Playwright, and Bitbucket MCP servers with Kiro and GitHub Copilot to support AI-assisted QA workflows.

I build performance, cloud, and production-validation solutions, including JMeter suites handling 6,000+ API requests per minute for more than 30 minutes. My work includes AWS Lambda synthetic monitoring, New Relic alerting, Splunk troubleshooting, API security validation, and Python-based modernization of Pentaho validation processes.

Earlier, I built automation frameworks from scratch at AT&T (Xandr), converted manual integration testing into automated suites at MyHealthDirect, and automated 800+ regression and functional tests at First Tennessee Bank. I also lead offshore QA resources and coordinate testing across teams.
