I’m looking for a Lead/Architect SDET role where I can own scalable UI/API automation, CI/CD quality gates, and GenAI-assisted testing. I want an Agile, shift-left environment that values governance, risk-based testing, and mentoring teams to ship reliably.

I’m a Lead SDET / QA Automation Architect with 15+ years in Software Quality Engineering, test automation, QA, and test leadership across banking, financial services, telecom, insurance, payroll/HR, and digital transformation. I design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Web, API, Mobile, and enterprise applications, with a strong focus on quality gates and continuous testing.

I’ve led Gen AI testing initiatives that cut test design effort by ~40%, improved edge-case validation and test coverage, and reduced production defect leakage. In Agile programs, I’ve increased automation coverage from 40% to 70%+ and reduced regression execution time by up to 50%, enabling faster feedback and release readiness.
