I am looking for a part-time position where I can utilize my communication skills and contribute positively to the community.

I am a dedicated social services professional with over 14 years of experience in both social services and customer service. My career has been focused on enhancing the well-being of individuals, particularly those with developmental disabilities, through compassionate care and effective communication. I pride myself on my ability to foster positive relationships and create inclusive environments that respect cultural differences.

Throughout my professional journey, I have held various roles, including Customer Service Agent at Brampton Public Library, where I ensured that all customers felt welcome and valued. My experience as a Residential & Community Support Worker has equipped me with the skills to promote healthy development and support families in need.
