What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote, international role where operations, technology, and people meet, and where I can improve processes, work with data, learn new systems, and help teams use them confidently.

I founded Vitor Itineraries, a website and app helping people build efficient, personalised trips across Europe. I own product design, roadmap, prioritisation, and the build of features including interactive maps, day-by-day planning, hotel search, and AI-assisted trip building.

Before that, I became citizenM's Systems Champion in Geneva and Paris, leading the Amadeus-to-Apaleo migration, Marriott systems integration, and team training. My background also includes investment-banking operations at Itaú BBA, where I supported process improvement, automation, backlog prioritisation, and Power BI reporting.
