What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead with data and AI—building systems and analytics that directly improve operations, growth, and customer outcomes, while partnering cross-functionally and scaling execution with measurable impact.

I’m an entrepreneurial data and analytics leader with 8+ years spanning analytics, consulting, and company building. I’m currently Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of KROSS Padel, where I use data and AI to run businesses—not just analyze them.

At KROSS Padel, we scaled from zero to 4 venues in under 3 years, growing to 30+ staff and achieving 7-figure USD revenue. I built a competitor intelligence system that monitors padel clubs daily using Python and booking data analytics, and I’ve also driven growth strategy through partnerships and sponsor relationships.

Previously, I was a Senior Data Analyst at Agoda, delivering ad hoc analysis to C-level stakeholders and influencing processes by leading and implementing A/B tests. I used machine learning and predictive analysis for customer segmentation, company performance analysis, and KPI optimization, while mentoring and recruiting analysts to grow the team.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Data Insights Consultant in London, executing lifecycle and behavior analytics to power tailored campaigns and predictive models for retention and churn. My foundation includes an MSc in Business Analytics from the University of Bath, and I bring that mix of rigor and execution to every problem I touch.
