I’m an Engineering Manager with 4+ years leading cross-functional teams and 6 years of hands-on software development. I’m a quick learner who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys bringing new technologies to life.

At Aptitude Software, I lead and empower multiple teams of 10+ engineers across Dev+QA+BA, CloudOps, DevOps, and Architects, including work across different time zones. I guide complex technical initiatives end-to-end—from discovery and planning, through stakeholder alignment, to delivery and adoption.

I’ve led engineering strategy and execution across topics like RDS migration for Master Data workloads, Kubernetes introduction, PaaS platform selection, and CI/CD strategy. I also optimize engineering processes to improve delivery speed, product quality, and cross-team collaboration.

Previously, I coordinated a 30+ member engineering team as a Scrum Master / Senior Developer, scaling Agile practices for predictability and efficient teamwork. I also contributed to building and improving a financial accounting application, supporting compliance with IFRS 15, through development, debugging, code reviews, and automation to streamline delivery.
