I’m a results-driven Product Owner and Product Manager with 7+ years of experience leading Agile/Scrum teams to build and scale digital platforms in Banking, Financial Services, and Fintech (BFSI). I focus on translating customer needs and business goals into actionable product requirements that improve adoption, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

At Bajaj Finance Ltd, I own the product backlog and roadmap for Trading Mall, an online trading platform integrated into the Bajaj Finserv App and website. I collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize by business value and customer impact, and I define user stories for real-time market data feed integrations—strengthening pricing accuracy and platform engagement.

I also partner with engineering and security teams to define requirements for multi-factor authentication (MFA) and end-to-end encryption, reinforcing regulatory compliance and customer trust. Through user research, I convert insights into UI/UX requirements for novice and experienced traders, and I lead UAT across unit, integration, and performance testing cycles.

Earlier, I led payment-channel initiatives at Suryoday Small Finance Bank, including mobile-based NACH mandate registration, BBPS integration for direct utility bill payments, and requirements for UPI 2.0 and an API-based Aadhaar Vault per RBI guidelines. I bring a data-driven, gap-analysis mindset, strong stakeholder communication, and cross-functional delivery discipline from discovery through release.
