What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity to support enterprise banking applications through reliable production support, efficient incident resolution, successful deployments, and continuous improvement in service availability and performance.

At Cognopi Solutions, I provide end-to-end production and UAT support for the Yes Tax Pay banking application, helping keep tax transaction processing uninterrupted. I manage P1–P4 incidents, service requests, change requests, deployments, and post-deployment validation within SLA.

I work across Linux, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, WebLogic, IBM UrbanCode Deploy, CyberArk, and ITIL processes. I coordinate with DBA, DevOps, security, network, middleware, and change teams to resolve issues, support releases, monitor application health, and improve service availability.
