I’m a data-focused professional who thrives in interface roles between client teams and operations. I coordinate and execute FTD (First Time Delivery) setups, handle change requests, and manage day-to-day maintenance—always working to keep global deliveries on time and high quality through transparent internal communication.

At Amazon, I work as a Catalog Associate using internal tools and team-provided software while adhering to compliance and confidentiality requirements. I analyze daily productivity and quality targets, track annotation/data-collection queries, and provide individual status reports to keep stakeholders aligned. I also help test new SOPs and ML data tools, suggest improvements to tools/processes/SOPs, and contribute to cross-functional calibration discussions tied to product improvements.

Earlier, as a Data Associate at Alexa Data Services, I supported projects including Alexa user data, shopping data, and annotation of search buckets for Indian users. I collaborated with India Machine Learning project managers to understand resource demands and assist with schedule development, while also contributing to workforce strategy and monitoring queue adherence, volume, and quality. I developed SOPs based on ML scientists’ requirements, supervised training and feedback using performance data, and helped balance delivery priorities while liaising with Program Management and global operations leads on risks and mitigation strategies.

Before data operations, I handled customer account responsibilities in Customer Relation Management, serving as a primary point of contact and working with technical support to resolve complex issues. I collected and analyzed customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities, supported reporting on customer success metrics, and earned recognition through mentoring initiatives and awards at Amazon Development Centre.
