At Amazon, I reviewed high-risk internal cases for policy compliance and documented operational data, maintaining accuracy and audit readiness.

I used Microsoft Excel to organize operational datasets, track performance trends, and support process monitoring. I also worked with cross-functional teams to investigate escalations and identify workflow root causes.

As a CS Associate (DP)– SME, I conducted training sessions and documented processes to improve policy and system understanding across teams.

On my Retail Customer Analytics & Segmentation project, I built a Python and MySQL pipeline to clean, analyze, and segment transactional data using RFM analysis and K-Means clustering. I also used exploratory analysis and data visualization to uncover customer behavior insights for data-driven marketing and targeting.
