What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead digital transformation, AI automation, cloud migration, and enterprise service-delivery programs where I can build cross-functional teams, modernize employee experiences, and deliver measurable business value.

I lead AI-enabled digital workplace transformation at HCL Technologies, managing tools modernization, production support for 20+ accounts, and technical architects and SMEs delivering end-user solutions. I’ve worked with clients including Caterpillar, ExxonMobil, Fiserv, Chubb, Corteva, Unum, and USV.

I implement conversational AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions using Yellow.ai, MoveWorks, RAG models, LLMs, and SLMs. I’ve also delivered field-service modernization through IT vending machines and digital lockers, while integrating SCCM and ServiceNow Orchestrator for automation.

Across 19+ years, I’ve led cloud migration, identity, Big Data, Agile, IT service delivery, and infrastructure operations programs. At AIG, I led single sign-on and federated identity initiatives supporting 55,000 users and delivered productivity improvements with approximately $2M in notional savings.
