I’m a seasoned Enterprise Transformation and Cloud Program leader with more than 20+ years of experience driving large-scale technology and product engineering programs at Oracle and SAP. I specialize in Enterprise PMO leadership, cloud transformation, SaaS modernization, and AI-enabled delivery to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

I’ve directed 10+ concurrent enterprise programs and focused my delivery on infrastructure and platform transformation. I led infrastructure modernization that reduced maintenance costs by 30%, and I drove OCI migration for 350+ Oracle Retail customers, improving cloud hosting margins by 60–70%. I also consolidated data centers by migrating 150+ customers from legacy environments to a newer platform, cutting infrastructure maintenance costs by 40% while improving stability.
