What I'm looking for

I seek HR roles where I can apply recruitment, payroll, and labour relations experience, grow in HR systems and people management within a collaborative, public-service or healthcare environment.

I am a Human Resources administrator with practical experience across recruitment, payroll, performance management, training, and labour relations gained through HR internships at public hospitals.

At Tshwane Rehabilitation Hospital I managed end-to-end recruitment and selection, leave and payroll administration, performance management (PMDS), service benefits and termination processes, and coordinated training and internship programs.

Previously at Dr. George Mukhari Academic Hospital I supported training and development, PMDS capture and audits, logistics for learning events, and maintained intern records while assisting with policy interpretation and stakeholder queries.

I am computer literate (PERSAL, SAP, SAGE, MS Office), familiar with South African public service legislation, work well under pressure, and bring strong written and verbal communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
