I’m seeking a remote Operations Manager role where I can apply strategic oversight and people leadership to deliver KPI-driven, measurable outcomes—strengthening operational efficiency through structured workflows, risk mitigation, and stakeholder-focused delivery.

I’m a results-driven Operations Manager and PMP-certified Project Leader with 5+ years overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles across complex, multi-trade environments. I lead with structured workflows, risk mitigation, and KPI-aligned execution to deliver consistent, measurable outcomes.

In my recent role, I directed concurrent retail fit-out, exhibition, and commercial interior projects—from scoping and resource allocation through client handover. I managed project budgets of R500K–R1M, controlling materials procurement, subcontractor coordination, and labour expenditure to protect margins.

I bring strong people leadership and cross-functional coordination, managing on-site and remote teams of 11–20 personnel and subcontractors across multiple sites. I’m also hands-on with quality assurance and compliance, driving snag lists, defect resolution, and maintaining detailed operational documentation, floor plans, and project schedules.

I’m currently completing an MBA specialising in Project Management, strengthening my foundation in resource allocation, vendor management, stakeholder communication, and strategic planning. With hands-on operational experience and a performance mindset shaped in high-pressure competition, I’m actively seeking a remote Operations Manager role where I can scale operational excellence and stakeholder confidence.
