I manage conversion execution, post-conversion stabilization, incident escalation, and RIDD governance while supporting the controlled retirement of duplicate technology and vendor services.
At Tata Consultancy Services, I provided ITIL-aligned incident and program management for Southern California Edison, Delphi / Aptiv, Fiat Chrysler Automotive, and General Motors Technical Center. My work included guiding major incident resolution, managing application delivery and transitions, and implementing a Six Sigma-based Teamcenter automation solution that reduced repetitive export activities.
