I'm looking for training or quality-focused work where I can improve employee performance, strengthen process compliance, use operational insights, and collaborate with operations, quality, and HR teams.

I'm currently a Deputy Training Manager at Axis Bank, delivering process, product, and system training for new and existing employees. I identify skill gaps, run assessments and feedback sessions, and improve training content using employee feedback and process updates.

Previously, I strengthened quality, compliance, and employee performance at Axis Bank through Teleperformance Payroll and Etech. Across eight years in banking, BPO, and hospitality, I've used audits, reporting, Power BI, MS Excel, and MySQL to turn operational insights into practical improvements.
