At Mitel Networks, I worked as an Associate Software Quality Analyst on VoIP platforms, creating and executing tests for SIP-based services, telephony features, and enterprise call management workflows.
On MiVoice Connect, I engineered end-to-end test cases for call features and third-party device integration. I also identified and reported SIP vulnerabilities through Wireshark traffic analysis.
For the MiCloud Connect migration to RingCentral, I led QA testing of call flows, voicemail, and conferencing compatibility. I also verified SIP registration and interoperability with Mitel IP Phones.
I used Nessus and OWASP ZAP for vulnerability assessments and Postman for API testing. I also worked with Linux and Windows test environments, virtualization tools, and JIRA for defect tracking.
