I've supported telecom products at Telus International since 2018, testing Agent OS, Charter Wireless Internet Backup, and Dish Project workflows.
I turn Jira user stories and requirements into test scenarios, manual test cases, test data, and positive and negative test flows. I've performed functional, smoke, end-to-end, regression, web service, database, mobile application, and manual API testing.
I log, triage, and prioritize defects, create SQL queries, and work closely with developers to resolve issues. I use Jira, HP ALM, Photon, Rally, and Bugzilla to keep testing and defect reporting organized.
