At Netcracker, I lead and manage a team of QA engineers, distribute workloads, and coach junior engineers. I also define training plans and share QA practices to strengthen the team.
I define and execute test strategies for UAT, regression, integration, and Change Request validations. I coordinate with stakeholders and business teams on test requirements and acceptance criteria, and manage critical Change Requests through defect resolution.
At Amdocs, I worked on transformation and migration testing, validating migrated data with SQL and automating regression flows using Ginger. Earlier, at Accentuate IT Solutions, I worked on SIT and verified orders in the database and logs as part of telecom projects.
