I've tested telecommunications and business support systems at CSG International and Tech Mahindra for over five years.
At CSG International, I worked on Singleview testing across core CM and CB modules. I prepared test plans, identified scenarios, executed functional, component, regression, and sanity testing, and managed defects in Jira.
I also supported sprint delivery by understanding story requirements, assisting developers with unit testing, and presenting completed work to clients. I mentored a graduate trainee through technical onboarding, helping them secure a full-time role.
At Tech Mahindra, I tested BT Enterprise billing releases, prepared component and functional test cases from design documents, performed XML loading, and ran regression testing after deliveries.
