Currently a Data Engineering Lead at Google Operations Center, I manage a cross-functional team of 18+ analysts and data engineers across 5 workstreams, owning hiring, performance cycles, and OKR alignment while maintaining 95%+ on-time delivery to 15+ VP and Director stakeholders. I've built 3 LLM-powered AI agents that automate quality checks and code reviews, delivered 10+ executive dashboards used daily by 200+ ops staff, and led a 180+ table data pipeline migration on GCP — completed a full quarter ahead of schedule. Together, my automation and process work has driven cost savings equivalent to 3.2 FTE annually.

Before Google, I led research and analytics at Concentrix and built transactional quality frameworks for 500+ agents at Cognizant — work that sharpened my grounding in Six Sigma (Green Belt, ISI Delhi), root cause analysis, and operational excellence across WBR/MBR/QBR cycles.

I like turning ambiguous business problems into structured data products — and building the Centres of Excellence and quality frameworks that outlast my direct involvement. I'm PMP-certified (in progress) and Google AI Professional certified, with hands-on skill in SQL, ETL, BigQuery, Tableau/Looker Studio, and GenAI-powered workflow automation.
