I’m a QA Engineer focused on owning quality before code is written—driving requirement reviews, test planning, execution, and release gate decisions across enterprise SaaS, multi-tenant CRM, and mobile platforms in regulated environments. I’ve delivered measurable impact through disciplined STLC and shift-left testing, including 55% fewer customer-reported issues and 60% fewer critical production defects.
In my current role, I run full end-to-end validation: REST API testing with Postman, SQL backend validation and ETL data checks, and web/mobile functional and regression coverage (iOS & Android). I also escalate 90+ release-critical defects with severity-based triage and root-cause analysis via JIRA, and I’m extending into AI-assisted testing and MCP workflows to accelerate test case generation and defect analysis.
