At Unolo, I test complex Workforce Management SaaS applications across web and mobile, validating business rules, role-based access, dynamic UI behaviour, and configuration-driven workflows.
I execute functional, system, integration, API, SQL, and regression testing to verify data flow, backend consistency, state transitions, and release readiness. I also manage the full defect lifecycle, from reporting and root-cause discussions through re-testing and release verification.
I've contributed to Playwright automation for Expense and Task workflows, converting manual regression cases into reusable JavaScript scripts and using Claude and ChatGPT to improve scripting efficiency while maintaining functional accuracy.
