What I'm looking for

SDET Lead, QA Technical Lead, QA Automation Engineer,

I'm a QA Technical Lead with 12+ years of experience, most of it spent building QA strategy from the ground up rather than bolting it on after the fact. I started as a Software Developer at Cognizant, which shaped how I think about quality — I still jump into bug fixes myself when needed. I moved through SDET Lead and Manager roles at Cognizant and KPMG, eventually managing and mentoring QA teams of 10-12 engineers across enterprise automation projects. My core stack spans Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and Appium for automation, Rest-Assured and Postman for API testing, and Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js — all wired into CI/CD via Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.

My focus is to build scalable architecture for test automation frameworks, and creating processes to replenish and update test scenarios to ensure ROI doesn't drift. I implement quality gates across teams to enforce best practices for minimizing test flakiness and maintaining seamless CI/CD integration. I also do exploratory testing to uncover edge cases, and take care of performance and security testing when management brings it in-house — including endpoint-level authorization testing (BOLA/IDOR) using Burp Suite.

The biggest shift in my career has been the last few years in fintech and blockchain, where I got the opportunity to work on complex concepts like cryptography and distributed ledgers, and how they come together in real products — multichain wallets, stablecoin platforms, and digital asset marketplaces.

Alongside that, I built a Master Agent architecture using Claude Code — a system of specialized sub-agents, orchestrated via MCP, that handle test design, script generation, execution, and reporting largely on their own. I've also gone deep on GenAI-enabled testing more broadly, including LLM evals and RAGas for evaluating grounding, hallucination, and retrieval relevance in AI systems.

I've done hardware testing with mobile apps, validating the transport-layer connections between hardware wallets and mobile devices at the protocol level — alongside using Sentry for production telemetry to monitor error rates and performance in live systems.

I spent 5+ years working on-site with clients across the US and Canada before moving fully remote.

I've now been working remotely for the past 5 years.

Outside of work, I cycle, play badminton, and cook — with mixed results on the last one.

Looking for Senior QA, SDET, or QA Lead/Architect roles — remote or international — where I can keep pushing on what AI-native quality engineering looks like in practice.
