I’m a QA Lead and Senior Automation Engineer with 8+ years of experience driving quality across web, mobile, and API platforms. I build scalable automation frameworks and lead Agile QA delivery with a strong “developer-empathy” mindset.
In my current role, I lead multiple QA teams (8+ engineers: 4 automation + 4 manual), define end-to-end test strategies, and create automation roadmaps aligned with business goals. I mentor engineers through technical interviews, onboarding training, appraisals, and performance reviews for 6+ direct reports.
I design and implement automation solutions using Selenium (C#), Cypress, and Appium, and I’ve worked with Playwright (JavaScript) to extend coverage. I integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (including Jenkins, GitLab, and Azure DevOps) to run continuous testing across staging, beta, and production.
I’m an early adopter of AI in software testing—creating 50+ reusable prompts for automated test case generation, bug reporting, and root cause analysis using ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and Claude. I’m seeking a senior QA leadership role where I can combine deep automation expertise with AI-driven testing to improve release quality and team efficiency.
