What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in supply chain, procurement, or logistics roles where I can use data analysis, supplier collaboration, and process improvement to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and manage operational risks.

I'm improving supply chain operations at Charoen Pokphand Group through its Potential Leaders Development Program.

On a processing-loss project, I identified moisture as the key driver through research and trials. I proposed sourcing Brazilian corn from potential high-quality suppliers, reducing processing loss and saving the company USD 780,000.

I also led a shift from bag to bulk rice bran supply, cutting goods receiving time by up to two hours per truck. The change saved USD 800–900 per month in factory labor costs and USD 1,300–1,500 per month for suppliers.

My work includes supplier grading, warehouse design, sales-forecast analysis, storage allocation using the ABC approach, and applying Industry 4.0 technologies to logistics operations.
