At Ching Luh Vietnam, a Nike strategic supplier, I lead four Material Control teams and manage material supply from approximately 250 suppliers for production of around 3 million footwear pairs per month. I develop material planning and contingency strategies, optimize inventory, and partner with IT on barcode printing to improve traceability and warehouse accuracy.
Previously, at Samho Vietnam supporting Adidas programs, I led purchasing, warehouse, and lamination operations, strengthened supplier performance, and reduced more than 10,000 yards of excess fabric by converting surplus into reusable materials. My background also includes import-export coordination for Puma footwear samples and inventory and receivables control.
