At Arthaveda LLP, I’m running a Microsoft 365 cross-tenant migration for a 40-user India entity, covering tenant configuration, Entra ID Conditional Access, Defender for Office 365, licensing, communications and cutover. I’m also rolling out Zoho Books alongside Arthaveda’s ArthaP2Pay and ArthaXpense products.
At Stagwell, I established India IT operations and grew them into a regional delivery hub supporting 500+ users across 12 offices. I delivered the IT, security and surveillance fit-out for a 400+ seat office in four months.
I directed APAC and MENA IT strategy and led a 15-person team across Cloud, Network Engineering, NOC/SOC, Information Security, Service Desk and PMO. I standardised service delivery on ITIL and maintained 24x7 availability with business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
Earlier, at The Search Agency, I built the India IT organisation from the ground up and progressed from System Analyst to Head of IT. My work has included cloud and endpoint operations, Zero Trust security, vendor and budget management, and post-merger IT integration.
