I am a dedicated and results-oriented professional with a strong background in SAP CRM, ECC, and Service Cloud. In my current role as an ICA-Senior Specialist at Agilent Technologies, I have successfully led multiple projects, including the One Connect Project for Service Order Management and Service Contracts. My expertise includes managing service contracts, SOM dashboards, Spotfire reports, and quality control, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with WW Internal Audit standards.

Prior to my current role, I worked as a Senior Assistant at DXC Technologies, where I handled European Securities Transactions and managed retail investment accounts for European customers. I have a proven track record of driving operational excellence, leading teams, and implementing process improvements that have saved over 2000 hours annually. I am passionate about mentoring and coaching team members to enhance productivity and foster a positive work environment.

I hold a Graduate degree in Geography and a B2 certification in German language, which has been instrumental in effectively communicating with global clients and leading onsite transitions of processes from Germany and Poland. My commitment to excellence is reflected in the numerous awards I have received, including the Pinnacle and Extra Mile awards in FY24.
