What I'm looking for

I'm interested in working with teams and founders building AI seriously, from deciding where to start through shipping dependable systems beyond the demo.

At CI&T, I lead AI-driven engineering initiatives across agentic SDLC workflows, multi-agent orchestration, LLM integration, developer productivity, and scalable design systems. I designed agent-based development workflows that increased project throughput 5x.

Previously at Plank, I led AI and full-stack delivery for U.S. startups, shipping production LLM applications, computer vision, speech AI, and cloud-native platforms. I partner directly with founders and mentor engineers while building with Python, TypeScript, Node.js, LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, and vector databases.

At Philips, I led teams and shaped architecture for Tasy, a healthcare ecosystem used in more than 950 facilities worldwide. At Questrade, I led trading and portfolio features using Angular, Node.js, microfrontends, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.

I've also founded Scode and co-founded Hangar Network, one of Brazil's largest gaming communities. I write in Portuguese about AI engineering and technical leadership, and I'm always glad to talk with teams and founders building with AI seriously.
