I’m looking to lead GTM and loyalty/rewards growth in payments or consumer brands—aligning cross-functional teams, using data to drive outcomes, and improving operations with scalable tools and clear partner value.

I specialize in turning loyalty and rewards strategy into measurable business growth. At Spin (FEMSA), I’m driving GTM and business development for B2B products in the payments industry, with a primary focus on Acquiring and SPEI for e-commerce businesses—through market analysis, business plans, and business cases that support strategic decisions.

Previously, I led commercial and operational management for Spin Premia’s external partners (Volaris, ViX and Caliente.mx), ensuring partner performance in the loyalty program and executing promotions and affiliate marketing strategies. I’ve also served as Head of Rewards at AB InBEV, where I led the Club TaDa loyalty program go-live and managed data activation plans; earlier, as a B2B Retention Manager at Grupo Posadas, I led KAM operations for digital products (Kivac Travel Suite and Viaja Plus), including an operational CRM migration to OMS, budget control, and KPI monitoring.
