At WeWire, I reduced hiring cycle times by 15%, implemented Zoho HRIS company-wide, centralized personnel records, and trained employees to use the platform for performance appraisals. I also partnered with managers to create SMART KPIs, coordinated appraisal cycles, developed HR policies and SOPs, and led engagement, recognition, benefits, grievance, and exit processes.

At Flutterwave, I maintained HRIS accuracy and compliance across 13+ countries, supported onboarding and offboarding, managed a global HMO program for 800+ employees, and helped design succession-planning and KPI documentation frameworks.
