What I'm looking for
I’m a customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative with experience supporting clients in fast-paced environments. I handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage data using CRM systems, while keeping communication clear and professional.
In my customer support work, I managed inquiries via phone, email, and chat, used CRM tools to track and resolve tickets, and maintained accurate customer data and order records. I also supported digital ordering and payment-related queries, improving customer satisfaction through effective complaint resolution and escalation handling.
Previously, I led operations as an Operations Manager in a cloud kitchen setting—overseeing day-to-day operations, team leadership, quality control, and inventory coordination. I analyzed operational data to identify improvements, supported safety and compliance, and developed training programs for new and existing team members.
