What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can apply my applied microbiology and lab testing skills, deliver accurate reporting, and support patients professionally—while working toward measurable outcomes and continuous growth.

I’m a highly motivated and detail attentive Applied Microbiologist, skilled in laboratory techniques and able to perform urinalysis, culture test, and blood-related tests. I also support laboratory workflows by registering incoming samples and recording laboratory results.

In my recent role at Prime Health Diagnostic Centre, I handled front desk and customer service duties—welcoming patients, booking and rescheduling appointments, generating invoices, assisting patients and the lab when needed, and maintaining confidentiality of patient data. I bring strong communication and professionalism to interact effectively with staff at all levels.

Beyond diagnostics, I’ve built business and sales experience through roles such as Business Development Executive and Medical Sales Representative, where I identified sales opportunities, followed up on leads, and maintained client relationships while writing reports and tracking performance.
