What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply microbiology QC under cGMP and molecular research (PCR/16S, GC-MS/FTIR) to deliver compliant results and move science forward through publishable, data-driven work.

I’m a microbiology professional with a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Microbiology, combining laboratory expertise with customer-facing and operational experience. In my Microbiologist – Quality Control Analyst role, I performed microbial analysis of raw materials and finished pharmaceutical products under cGMP, supported environmental and equipment monitoring, and helped maintain audit readiness through designed and revised SOPs.

Alongside QC work, I’ve built a strong research foundation as a Graduate Research Assistant, isolating and identifying deleterious rhizobacteria using PCR and 16S rRNA gene sequencing. I’ve characterized phytotoxic secondary metabolites with GC-MS and FTIR spectroscopy, designed multi-variable inoculation experiments, and assessed antimicrobial potential—contributing to manuscripts submitted for publication. I also bring strong attention to detail from roles where I maintained accurate records, handled stakeholder inquiries, and worked effectively in fast-paced environments.
