Veronica Wacuka

I am a driven People Operations professional with two years of mid-level experience supporting HR and finance functions across multi-country offices. I bring a practical, people-focused approach to onboarding, immigration, and relocation logistics.

In my most recent role I coordinated onboarding/offboarding, managed employee account setups, and supported systems administration for Nairobi and Mauritius offices, while also handling events and travel logistics. I have experience preparing month-end documentation, verifying reimbursements, and coordinating supplier purchases and bank correspondence.

Previously I supported administrative and financial processes across Africa offices, assisting project travel arrangements and general People and Finance tasks, and maintained HR databases during an internship at a university. I work well in dynamic environments and prioritize structure, adaptability, and collaborative problem-solving.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce with HR and Finance focus and am pursuing a Certified Human Resource Professional credential. I am motivated to grow with purpose and contribute measurable operational impact to an organization.
