At Central Michigan University’s Sarah R. Opperman Leadership Institute, I provide direction for leadership development programming and teach undergraduate leadership courses. I designed and facilitated leadership programs and workshops, with participant satisfaction averaging above 90%.
I led the redesign and implementation of Virtual Leadership Safari, an asynchronous leadership experience delivered through Blackboard Ultra. I guided the development of interactive modules and learning activities using Articulate Rise 360, Canva, and HeyGen.
At the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, I collaborated with subject matter experts to develop and facilitate professional training for multidisciplinary audiences. I also founded VeeJayNicole Consulting Group LLC, where I design and facilitate leadership workshops, individualized coaching, and organizational strategy experiences.
