What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead operations, programs, partnerships, and customer experiences in wellness, hospitality, fitness, or experiential businesses, ideally in a remote role aligned with U.S. time zones.

I co-founded TBS Experience, where I lead operations and partnerships for women’s wellness retreats and community events across the U.S. and Mexico. I manage programs from concept through on-site execution, including budgets, logistics, contracts, participant communication, and 15+ vendors and partners per retreat.

I previously launched The Bar Studio and managed Fitness Collective’s daily operations, sales, retention, member experience, and teams. My earlier architecture and project coordination work strengthened my ability to manage budgets, procurement, schedules, contractors, and complex project delivery.

Delivered 4 retreats serving 80+ participants, increasing ticket pricing from approximately $750 to $1,200–1,600 through stronger programming and strategic partnerships.
