What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my customer success, sales, marketing, hospitality, and operations experience in a role where I can build client relationships, improve processes, develop teams, and grow business opportunities.

Customer Success Manager with a background in customer onboarding, relationship management, and remote client support. In my most recent role, I managed a portfolio of client accounts from onboarding onward, acting as the main point of contact and helping customers get the most value from the company's services.

Before transitioning into Customer Success, I spent several years in tourism and hospitality, working in sales, operations, and marketing. These experiences strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills and taught me how to create outstanding customer experiences in fast-paced environments.

I enjoy building long-term relationships, improving processes, and learning new tools and technologies. Having worked remotely with an international team for over a year, I am comfortable collaborating across time zones and thrive in remote-first environments.

I'm currently looking for a fully remote Customer Success, Customer Onboarding, or Client Success role where I can contribute to a growing team while continuing to learn and grow professionally.
