Verah Ototo

I am a Virtual Assistant and Interior Designer with hands-on experience supporting executives and delivering interior design solutions. I have managed executive calendars, travel, confidential records and daily communications while also producing mood boards, floor plans and 3D visualizations for residential and commercial projects.

I trained in remote administrative support at ALX Kenya, where I refined inbox and calendar management, task organization, travel arrangements and tool-based workflows using Google Workspace, Trello and Calendly. My background in Interior Design (BA, University of Nairobi) complements my administrative work with a strong eye for detail and visual organization.

I prioritize clear communication, punctual follow-up and efficient processes to boost client productivity. I am comfortable with SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Microsoft Teams and common scheduling and project tools, and I bring reliable time management and attention to detail to every role.
