What I'm looking for

I'm looking for .NET development or production support work where I can build reliable applications, automate operations, improve monitoring and incident response, and contribute to modern platform migration. I'm open to rotational shifts, on-call support, DR drills, and data-center rotations.

At Merlin Software Solutions, I build and support SurePrep ReviewWizard for Thomson Reuters, a tax-automation platform used by more than 23,000 US professionals.

I designed and maintained nine VB.NET verification wizards for field validation, OCR correction, and duplicate detection, while optimizing SQL Server queries and stored procedures for reporting and performance.

I also contributed to migrating the platform from .NET Framework 4.8.1 to ASP.NET Core .NET 8, building REST APIs with Redis and SignalR and configuring GitLab CI pipelines for QA, UAT, and production releases.

During five US tax seasons, I provided L2/L3 support, used Splunk, Datadog, AppDynamics, and Grafana to investigate incidents, and automated log, deployment, and health-check workflows with Python and Shell to reduce manual effort by about 40%.
