I source candidates through LinkedIn RPS, Boolean and X-Ray searches, referrals, InMails, internal databases and Oorwin. I review profiles against job descriptions and conduct initial screening calls.
I support separate recruitment processes for freelancers and payroll candidates, including rate or salary discussions, work authorization checks, Right to Represent documents and candidate submissions.
I coordinate interviews and candidate updates with delivery managers, maintain recruitment records in line with data protection requirements, and contributed to multiple candidate placements during my first six months.
